I have no income, how much will I have to pay for Obama care?

I've had no income for 3 years, and will have no income for 2 more years, I use savings for food. Im very healthy.

    You will be exempt due to your income as far as penalties are concerned. Your premiums, should you choose to enroll, will depend on the plan you choose with whatever provider you select. This information will be made available for open enrollment on 10/1/2013.
