Why does the link not work, to dispute a violation.?
Received a violation today., which I personally think is a bunch of crap and when I attempt to dispute it nothing happen - I mean no matter how many times I click on the link NOTHING HAPPENS. What is going on with YA. Ever since they changed the US web site is has been a mess. Can't read the questions if click to answer it, can't get to the administrative pages, and occasionally cannot answer a question

There is a problem currently with the link in violation emails.
If that's not working for you then you can appeal it using the following link which does work http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?locale=en_U...
You are clearly frustrated and that's understandable but don't let that spill over to the appeal. The best way to appeal is not to rant & rave, or to ask "why is this a violation". Instead spell out exactly why it's NOT a violation in a calm and concise manner and you should get a reply.
