I wonder how much did the stormtroopers in the movies got paid for such a minor role?

I mean, in general, in movies where a certain character appears on a massive number (like zombies in world war z) they spend loads of money,but how much do you get paid to play a role of that kind?

Do you even appear in the credits?

    credit-sometimes but most times no

    amount of $- it depends if you are a member of SAG or not and if it was just a "cattle call" to the general public or you were actually hired.

    You also get paid more if your face makes it on screen than if just the back of you and etc. lol sad but true..

    Source(s): my friend was in a bar scene in a movie recently and because she is a member of SAG she got $250 instead of just $100... daily

    They were probably low-paid extras. Maybe they got a bump for being in heavy costume.
