i have been harrassed by a small business owner in my town for 4 years ! and he will stop at nothing .?

so, i need some good advice on everything i can do to stop him. so far im in the process of getting a restraining order against him personally, BUT he is useing his entire company, trucks and employees to threaten me aswell, any advice, thanks, (i have no money for a lawyer or else ALL problems would already be solved,) id also like to know if there is a chance of finding a lawyer who would work on a contingency basis ) also, i did work their for a few weeks, and he did assault me aswell as harrass and slander my name emensly for a few years now,, thankyou
