i have someone harrassing me by useing the local sherrifs as a tool to try to get me arrested for wild stories?
im wondering how much power a false witness statement has on false report someone has completely fabricated? for example, this person vadalized his OWN truck a little and tried to blame it on me with a false witness statement claiming i was the one who did it,, so as you can see, i have real reason to be concerned, thanks alot, rick

Put a restraining order out on them. It may not seem like much but it tells the authorities that YOU'RE the one who doesn't want to be bothered. It'll seem fishy if the person keeps calling the cops on you. Also tell them about your daily schedule so they'll know if one of these incidents occurred while you were at work or far away.
