Hello, I will be applying for a settlement visa (UK) whilst in the Philippines for my fiance later this year, will I have to enclose a certificate of 'No marriage' to prove she is not married?

You will have to provide everything that the UKBA ask you to provide, including all the other information they require...............

Yes and you also have to earn over £18600 annually or no settlement visa can be issued per the Law.
