best way to report a Ranger who treated an unstanding citizen TERRIBLY in the Mojave National Preserve?

i met many rangers in my life but ONE in particular harassed me based solely on my funky but FULLY legal car , until she ran all my info and realized that she had attacked the character of a totally upstanding citizen..

i need to address her "Shoot First , ask questions later " policy.

as it utterly ruined my trip to the Mojave preserve..

i was treated like a complete criminal based on her Judgement of me and my reliable but funky looking car.

when i do get questioned by rangers occasionally, they are always respectful , of at least DECENT to me, but this lady was so Amped up and trigger happy, i was scared of her !

after verbally abusive comments and running ALL my info, she completely backed off realized she blew it , and just let me go.

but the damage was done.

totally unfair. and unprofessional..
