I think both Ozil and Mata are at the wrong clubs. Wenger and Moyes should do a 1 to 1 exchange.?

Mata prefers to slow down the tempo and likes the game played on the ground. He is struggling at a Man United side who typically play at a high tempo. He would most suit the Arsenal's game.
Ozil can be the general in the middle of the park at Man United. The polished version of Carrick and maybe the new Cantona. 
Both are priced at the same rate, so a exchange would suit both clubs.

Both similar players who plays in the same position. I don't think it would make too much of a difference.

Mata ain't struggling, the whole team is this season. Ozil will be played on the left or the right because of Rooney just like Mata.

While I do agree that Mata is not struggling, but they both do play differently. Mata is good with flicks and took passes, which Arsenal in general do. 
Ozil is better with curling and through balls, which any good finisher (See Ronaldo) would thrive on.

You make a great point. But I doubt there will be exchange.

I think I would prefer Ozil to Mata because he does play with a bit more pace. I'm sure Mata will be a great player for Utd though.
