This girl is so hard to understand?

Right, so there is this girl in my college course and she is so weird and hard to understand, we don't speak much now but we used to speak quite a lot like back in November we spoke everytime we were in college and everyday via text, she admitted she liked me and thought I was 'gorgeous' I told her I liked her too and asked her out on a date twice! But both times she didn't show up, like if she liked me why didn't she show? I gave her one more chance and she done it again and then started complaining I don't talk to her anymore, I explained because whats the point if you are not going to show up for a date and she then told me she likes me but she wasn't unsure if I liked her and wanted to talk about things when we go back to college she didn't come in for the first couple weeks so I started meeting this other girl and we got quite close and as soon as she found out this she started messaging me asking if I still want to talk about things, I obviously said no because I was seeing this other girl but when we stop talking I asked her if she was still interested in talking and she said yes and again didn't come in for ages so I forgot about her and got in a relationship with another girl and as soon as she knew I was in a relationship again she started messaging me saying why am I with this girl she is a slag and stuff. After I broke up with this girl because she was too insecure this girl started blowing me kissed in college and saying she loves me and ****.
