Do you think i should take it serious if pain killers works well for the job?

I recently had a case liquor fall on my head and bust when i was opening up the tractor trailor.. Do you think i should take it serious if pain killers works well for the job? I mean i just wanna keep taking pain killers but i dont know what my chances are.. this is day 2 and without the meds in me kinda hurts a little.

    i think I would kinda watch it cause a job that caused it could back fire on you don't want that to happen if your on painkillers and something is caused by negligence you could end up taking a ua and the results can put you in the employment line so you wanna be careful
