Why do I have this dry, hacking cough? Stopped smoking 2 mo, coughed up a bunch of junk, now just painful, dry coughing.?

Start taking a daily multi-vitamin.
Add a vitamin C supplement of 500 mg a day.
Your body needs the antioxidants to recover from all that damage.
Start eating healthy fruits and veggies.
It WILL go away. Been there.
Go a doctor if you can afford it.
