Could it be an infection?
Okey so I had what I think was a boil and just yesterday it popped .. But now it's still hurting and theres a big red circle around the open wound?

I does sound like it is getting infected. Carefully wash it with some mild soap and water. After it dries, put some neosporin on it and cover it with a bandaid. Make sure to keep the area clean. Watch is closely over the next day or two. Look for increased swelling, redness, drainage that is yellow/green, or any fever to the area. If it does any of this occurs, you may need to see a doctor.
