Consider hypothetical twin foreign nationals?

Question

Corey approaches Consular Officials about moving to the U.S., establishing residence, working etc.
Margaret approaches a mobster about infiltrating the U.S., establishing residence, working with a false or stolen identity etc.

Will someone explain why it's IMPORTANT that Margaret receive benefits for which Corey cannot be eligible; that Margaret be immunized from several other laws and that Margaret be placed "in line" YEARS AHEAD of Corey for a "green card" and even for citizenship?
Will you further explain why if their country is subject to U.S. immigration quotas (and most are) that people like Margaret MUST be counted as filling that quota so that people like Corey have NO CHANCE of moving forward in line - ever?

I realize that since this describes EXACTLY what 100% of the Democrat Caucus openly demands - with the consent of several Republicans - that a lot of people here will simply deny ANYONE wants any such thing.

Because Margaret's receiving benifiets is seen as a way to purchase a vote with tax payer money. Corey on the other hand is likely to already have employment lined up and therefore less would be less dependant and therefore of less value to politicians who seek to exploit immigrants for their votes. And they do it at the expense of those who wish to enter the country legaly and those left to foot the bill for the entitlement programs while sanctimoniously claiming to be motivated only by the very morality which they lack. Their creed of "The ends justify the means" coupled with their philosophy of moral relativism deludes them into believing that any course of action they take, however destructive and dishonest it may be, is justified. Their loyal flock of indoctrinated sheep glibly bleat approval while casting scorn upon any who dare question their motives or point out the inevitable consequences of leftist doctrine.
