Is there any back doctor on tonight?
Make a long story short i mean i have back problems off and on. Sometime it feels like its around my spinal cord in the center.
Sometimes it can be my lower back, i dont know how much it cost to see a doctor? I even sleep on cheap mattress and box spring should i probably upgrade it to memory foam or would that work?

It depends on who you go to and what your health insurance covers. Most chiropractors will just ask for a standard $20 co-payment.
The other thing I would recommend is to sleep on a hard surface for a little while, then switch to your stomach. You can also buy "heating pads" and throw them in the microwave for a couple minutes and then put that on your back. That will help loosen the muscle.
Besides that YES I would recommend, when you can afford it, buy a more comfortable place to sleep. Don't skimp out on a nights sleep! Your body is worth it!
Best of luck Walter!
