Emigrating from United Kingdom to Philippines?

My wife is Filipino national, I am British, we married in UK and live in UK, we have a young baby daughter born and registered here so she is British, unfortunately my wife has chronic homesickness, we will live in Philippines, does our baby have to keep leaving Philippines every year to renew visa same as I will?

Second question please answer if you know it, what about dual nationality?

If your wife is still a Philippine citizen I believe your daughter will be her responsibility while you are all in the Philippines, but to be sure you should contact the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate and ask them your question.

So after a quick google search, the Philippines permits dual citizenship. Due to your wife being a Filipino national, your daughter is entitled to Filipino citizenship by birth. You can lodge the application either from the UK, or whilst in the Philippines.
