I have a pt crank but no start?

I've done quite a few things already, I had a mechanic look at it and said he couldn't diagnose it and would have to fiddle with it at the shop. He was leaning towards timing, and said he'd done three recently. Today I worked on compression by putting a little oil in the cylinders, but to no avail. I just made a vid on everything I tried. Any help would be much appreciated, you guys are the best. https://youtu.be/1Iafhym00e8

Codes don't build up. If there is a sensor error, it will show immediately. If you don't have compression, you have a timing issue. Have you tried using starter fluid into the intake?

If you don'r have spark and injector pulse you have a bad crankshaft sensor. If you do have spark and injector pulse and you have no codes the fuel pressure needs to be checked.
