any ideas on what I have?

I've been having stomach aches, diahrea, and the occasional feeling of nausea. It's been going on for about 3 days. I think it might be my stomache not agreeing with spices cause yesterday morning and afternoon I did not have any kind of spice what so ever, but letter on in the day for dinner my meal consisted of some spices and then all of my symptoms began a few moments later.

    Sounds like a simple stomach virus. Spices do not cause these symptoms

    You may have a stomach flu and eating made it worse.
