I received a tax from 1099-A. Not sure how to file it? Does it go on Schedule D. Thanks in advance.?

    Not enough info.

    Was this your home? Or a car? Rental property? Investment property?

    On the 1099-A does it say you are liable for any debt?

    when did you receive that? 2015 tax return deadline was April 18th - and NO forms for 2016 should be going out yet

    Have your return done by a pro because you will screw it up if you try to do it yourself.
