Now and Then, Here and Now sequel manga?

So I heard that somebody in the anime industry watched this show and felt so bad for its MC Shu, that he wrote either a sequel manga or an alternative universe version where Shu just lives a happy life.

What is this called?

    If someone did, then it's unofficial and not actually called "Now and Then, Here and Now" or "Ima, Soko ni Iru Boku". It's also extremely unknown since not even Baka-Updates Manga has in their database and they have some really underground doujinshi listed.
