Could someone please tell me if i have cold/flu or whatever?

I dont have a primary doctor i never really needed one but when im outside or inside a dusty warehouse i feel alright? But when I get to my house or my other job where im closed in i start coughing, sneezing, nose starts to run somewhat? I really dont understand?

I need treatment advice too!

    Sounds more like a reaction to a warmer environment - I get this when I come in from the cold.

    If it settles down after you have acclimatised to the warmth, then don't worry.

    If it is persistent, then get on the Vit C (1000mgs per day x 2 for the first day) and try and get some rest - drink plenty of fluids.

    If that does not help - seek medical advice, because I'm just a random dude who can't sleep and you really need better sources with which to entrust your health.

    Maybe dust but a fine one or a smaller one. Can be micro organism. Mask for protection or air purifier.

    No, that's not a cold. I think I've heard that a lot of coal miners have the same problem. They breath in the coal dust all day and then when they are in fresh air, their lungs have a hard time adjusting.
