I heard a pop sound, now one of my tires wont turn with the steering wheel, what could that be?

Not to mention i side swiped that same side of the car really bad, any answers, for what this could be?

    The the rod end separated. Replace it.

    You can't drive it that way. Buy a tie rod end for that side from Advanced Auto and watch a youtube video to see how to install it.

    Broken steering linkage to that wheel.

    It sounds like the impact broke one of the outer tie rod ends loose from the steering knuckle just inside the wheel that won't turn. Lift that side of the car, if the wheel will turn easily from left to right, take a look underneath for anything hanging loose, in which case, it's time to call for a tow truck to your nearest repair center.
