Anyone know how the Raiders got the ball back in the final minute? I thought Cleveland had a first down and the lead with two minutes to go?

Although I was following it on Yahoo so I'm not sure. But I'm wondering why Cleveland didn't just run out the clock.

The Raiders stopped them for a three and out. The ball carrier's elbow touched before the ball crossed the line for a first down.

The first down play was reviewed and the call was reversed
