Yes, because many chavs aren't mixed-race and incestuous.

Lately the Royals haven't inbred much wereas a family of chavs who don't know who their fathers are, could easily end up with a close relative without knowing.

Nope. Most families of so-called 'chavs' don't HAVE a bloodline!! They are just a random collection of oiks who happen to procreate.
As for 'inbred', I suggest people look up the meaning of 'inbreeding'. The current Queen and her husband Prince Philip are probably the most closely related of the royals since Queen Victoria. Since then, Charles married Diana (no direct close line) = William and Harry. William married outside the aristocracy as has Harry. Going sideways, Andrew married outside the RF as did Edward. Andrew's daughter has now married outside the RF as has Princess Anne's children, and her too. In other words, there has been very little inbreeding going on in the current Royal Family.
But at least they can trace their ancestors. I hesitate to suggest that most offspring of 'chavs' probably don't know who their fathers are!!

Yes actually, because they're very inbred.

YES !
WE might as well CHOOSE a RANDOM benefits family from a TRASH ESTATE and choose for them to REPLACE the INDRED "Royal" IDIOTS !
