Can anyone identify the car, second from right, from this image? I think it's a Nash but I just cannot place it.?

    You're right.

    That car is a 1950 Nash Statesman, with some kind of Van Auken style bumper guard accessory.

    The '49 '600' was basically the same car, except the gas filler neck stuck out of the left 1/4 panel, whereas the '50 was concealed behind a door.

    a nash and likely the seat is folded into a bed and they arent watching the movie
