You would need to check with the church. Saturdays in UK are usually reserved for marriages.

Someone on the 'happiest day of their life' does not want to see a funeral cortege parked outside when they come out to have their wedding photographs taken.

If you were having a humanist funeral at a non religious location or crematorium then there should be no problem.
