Can I re-upload an old website that has been down for over 15 years?

Update:

I lost it when the server went out of business. I'd like to put it up again exactly as it was in 2002 for old times sake. I don't have the domain name but any will do. I read an article on how to host it on google drive but that doesn't work with the latest version. I have all the html files and images

If you can recreate the directory structure, and if you have all the HTML files we assume you can, it's a simple matter of finding a host and doing a whole lot of (S)FTP. The only problem I can see is if the owner of the original intellectual property pitches a fit, though their abandonment of the site probably works in your favor.
