The gov shutdown is over use el chopos money , Mexico still pays?

Not that I am for a raceist wall tech all Americans are illegal we weren’t supposed be past 13 colonies due to Indian treaties

    El Chapos money is his, not Mexico's. He also got a lot of it from the sale of drugs to citizens of the USA.
