What's Salford, Greater Manchester like?

is it generally rich or poor, posh or rough? White-English or multi-racial?

It want's to be known as a "Shopping City". It is.

of course, for low wage earners and less well

financed elders. Vast pens of row housing and

unremarkable high rise as if some giant goat

had excreted droppings about Salford. Pet's

might appreciate a pair if park lands. The one

redeeming feature begins on departure off

scheduled public transit to Littleton Road

NE of Salford. Walk away from the old

Racecourse Hotel at Lower Kersal toward

the nearest river bridge. Holding a buttock-

wide inflated rubber tube that ordinarily

would support a Lorry wheel. Go float

through Greater Manchester. Exit at the

old bus depot road bridge served by

scheduled bus service stop located at

Frederick Road and Seaford Road. A

failure to do so risks being carried over

a waterfall and drowned. Repeat this

    escape whenever Salford seems too

    uncomfortable.

Is now a big, metropolitan borough in the Greater Manchester conurbation..Has all sorts of places, from POSH suburbs like Worsley, where Ryan Giggs had a place worth millions, to more regular suburbia, like Swinton, Pendlebury, Walkden etc, inner city areas such as Broughton, Ordsall, and even parts of what is "Manchester City Centre" within the inner ring road....Population now of nearly 250,000...Less racially mixed than many parts of GM but does have a large Jewish population in Broughton & Kersal areas...Broughton Park is just 1.5 miles from the City Centre of Manchester and is full of big, detached houses worth millions....DO NOT listen to those who have a go at the place....If is bad WHY did BBC move a lot of their operations to Salford Quays, which is full of trendy apartments, townhouses, bars and a theatre/musem complex? ITV is also there as are a number of production companies...By the way, most in Salford either support Salford's own team or City like most Jewish mancunians do..Idiots who go on about Muslims..?! Salford has, in fact, one of the lowest number of non white people when compared to other parts of Greater Manchester. Is a growing and much improved place, many new to the area are choosing to call home...

Salford Garden City is one of the older English 'Spa' towns. A bit like regency Bath.

A dirty crap hole and it IS FULL OF INBREDS its

riddled with INCEST and that is on public record

relayed to me by a woman I knew in social services

The hard working British Muslims meanwhile run

successful businesses all along Bury New Road

and Shude Hill for clothing as well as other areas

drive Mercs BMW's and LEXUS cars and rent out

flats to the white British in houses they own for an

example one I know owns 11 houses all student let

and they send their own young adults to universities
