When you see a royal car surrounded by police motorbikes, could the car be a decoy and maybe the Queen is really on one of the police bikes?

By law, the Royal Standard must be flown on any vehicle Her Majesty is travelling on. She would not allow a decoy vehicle to display the standard

She can still ride a horse but I think a motorbike would be a leap into the dark.

Even though I saw her jump out of a plane with my own eyes on TV...I don't suspect the old dear rides a motorbike.
