My vulva is irritated after using dove sensitive soap!!?

I think my bacterial vaginosis has came back after i took my last flagyl pill on monday. I have been using dove sensitive bar soap and i do wash down there with soap but not up inside just the outer part. It feels more like my clitorus area that feels irritated more then anything!! Do i need to change soaps?

Do not use any kind of soap to wash there, warm water only once a day. Your vulva is actually self cleaning

No soap on the vagina, ever. This should be common knowledge

Soap is not necessary. Water alone does the job fine.

If the infection has come back, see your doctor. And if soap is irritating, don't use soap.

I never use soap down there, this area is very delicate, warm water is enough.
