What car is this?

There is a dream car of mine that I’ve been wanting to get but I forgot it’s name. I thought it was the Kia Soul en but when I went to check on it, it’s not. I remember it having a circular screen display. And surrounding the screen are change colors. GPS was one color, switch to music another. It was a small car. Not much leg room I think. But very useful to me. Anyone have any idea what this car is?

    There are several cars similar to the Kia Soul, GM sells a repackaged form Daewoo call the Chevy Sonic that is much like it.
