Is it possible for erect penis size to fluctuate?

Sometimes I noticed that my penis gets more erect than it does other times. It is longer sometimes and sometimes it is shorter. Is this due to arousal level or something?

    Yes, and I assume that happens for every man.

    A slight variation of one or two centimetres can occur.It is perfectly normal Regards.
