What is defined as anxiety?
When a doctor tells you you don't have any real health concern and all of your symptoms are from anxiety what is meant by that? Is it just excessive worry? Is it a fast heart beat and sweating? Can you be calm physically ie. no fast heart beat/no sweating/no chest pain/etc. but still have anxiety mentally? Also, what are the long term effects of anxiety once it enters your body?

Its from excessive worry that can cause fast heartbeat and high blood pressure and all sorts of things. Excessive anxiety will kill you eventually if its something you have all the time.

Look up the DSM 5. It's the medical document for diagnosing any mental disorder
