what would be symptoms of damaging your corpus spongiosum?

just wondering if mine is damaged. and what do doctors need to do to diagnose if it is damaged or injured. Is there a way of repairing it naturally?

    mine was bitten once and it swelled

    Swelling and internal bleeding I would guess.

    Hoping it will repair naturally is probably your only option.

    There may be some specialist surgeons if you have the money

    and can reach them.
