Children born here of Diplomats are NOT considered to be American Citizens. So the 14th Amendment is NOT absolute.?

Update:

Children born here of two illegals should NOT be considered to be Americans either. It only encourages more of them to come here. We have enough poor of our own, we don't need to import more. Only a child born of at least ONE us citizen or legal resident should be allowed citizenship.

True, it was designed to protect children of slaves 150 years ago, not illegals or foreigners who engineer the birth of babies to get a citizen to piggy back off. Time to close the Chinese birth hotels in California etc

Britain had the same scam going in, changed the law, so anchor babies not as cut and dried as it was.

Criminals and crooks using the laws to benefit themselves.

Children born of diplomats have certain immunity from American Law and not subject to the full jurisdiction.

Just as no right is absolute, and words are subject to interpretation, diplomat children do not get right of birth citizenship.

  • The embassy's and consulates are considered foreign ground

and most diplomats ar old farts way past the breeding age anyway

    14th Amendment IS absolute
