Do you think it's fair by the San Antonio city council to not allow Chick-Fil-A to open one of their restaurants in that city?

I think it's against the law and they should get sued over it.

If the restaurant opens and people in the community don't want to eat there -- then the restaurant closes.

But not allowing a restaurant to open based on the religious beliefs of the ownership is protected class discrimination.

By the way.... I live in Long Beach, CA

Our mayor is a gay. His name is Robert Garcia. You might begin to here his name because he plans to run for state office.

Guess what restaurant provides the food for the annual Mayor Golf Tournament.... Chick Fil A....

If you're going to exclude Chick-Fil-A for their business practices, then you have to ban other companies as well

Surprisingly good taste for a city council. Gotta admire that.
