Do you ever eat regular green leaf salad, with toppings, but NO dressing. A friend of mine does. I just can't see it. I love dressing?

If it involves tomatoes, it doesn't really need a dressing. I have eaten it that way. Its good.

I do often Mixed greens some berries, some cheese and a few nuts on the salad and you really do not need a dressing. The berries, moisture from the greens along with the cheese makes it's own dressing.

I used to use a lot of dressing.

Gradually I cut down on it and now I PREFER salad without dressing.

It is 50% what we have gotten used to, and 50% WANTING to get used to it.

Salad dressing isn't all that good for you, but the salad is great for you.

You can't see it? What a shame. The human brain SHOULD be able to comprehend anything.

I think you'll find the most people prefer eating salad with some sort of dressing,

but they'll opt out of putting any on their salad because it kind of defeats the purpose of eating a salad in the first place
