My headache is Killing me? How bad is it?

Hey can someone please diagnose what I have from this information? I would get light headaches every once in awhile but I just feel like my body is more susceptible to it than others. But then a week ago a harsh intense one started happening as if someone was pushing both sides of my head. It happens a lot more in the morning and at night. I feel like Im going to pass out sometimes. I eat normal and not very much stress... Can anyone help me out, I want to go to the hospital but is this extreme enough? Im a 19yo Female if that helps...

I physically cant take Ibuprofen or Advil, is there a nonmedecine way to treat headaches. Thank you so much!

Could be migraines. I get migraines and they are the worst type of headache. There are two types of migraine, migraine with aura which means you get vision changes and sometimes speech disturbances as well as a really bad headache. Then there is migraine without aura which is a really bad headache without the vision changes. Migraines can make you feel nauseous and you can vomit/throw up. Migraines can occur in any stage in someone's life but it is more common to get your first migraine as a child, teen or young adult if you are susceptible to them. They can run in families so if you have a family history of migraines you are more likely to get them but they can occur in people who don't have a family history.

You should see a doctor if the headaches get worse or are constantly there. Don't want to alarm you but constant headaches (unrelated to migraines) can indicate something more serious like a brain tumor, blood clot or restricted blood flow to the brain.

We can't diagnose what you have.... But those are migraines that you're getting. I'm also 19 and get migraines. I take tylenol to help with mine but if you take it too often it wont help anymore.

"can someone please diagnose what I have"

Yes, a doctor can. Why would you want to avoid seeking treatment if your suffering is that bad? Get off Yahoo and make an appointment.

edit: Ok, some basic tips to try if you're adverse to seeing the doctor...

    -Consider blue light blocking glasses

-Make sure your room is as dark as possible when you sleep

-Consider taking an aspirin tablet before you go to sleep

-Stretch. Practice a variety of stretched that focus on your spine and neck.

-Drink plenty of water through the day

Sounds like you need a visit to the emergency room.
