How to calculated overtime ?

if Basic salary 8000, Food All. 2000, House Rent 3000= Total salary 13000

Duty Hours 9 including 1 Hour lunch.

    Simply - more than 40 hours a week, provided that it is authorized and that you are not an exempt employee.

    What country are you in?

    If you're in the USA, what state are you in?

    How many days a week do you work?

    No one can tell you if you're working overtime or how it will be calculated because we have no clue where on the planet you are or how many hours a week you work.
