Devin Nunes and his aides are leaking the whistleblower's name contrary to law. Should he be removed from any posititons of trust?
Does this show why Democrats cannot trust Republicans to follow the rules?

As a matter of fact, the Whistleblower law has criminal penalties for knowingly identifying a protected reporter.
He should actually be prosecuted for his actions.

No, it shows you why the Dems should have told the Reps the name and then held them to secrecy.
Instead, they withheld the name and people managed to speculate so the Dem approach ended up being more damaging to the whistleblower.

Wow. And you think it is OK for a notoriously serial liar like Adam Schiff being chair of the House Intelligence Committee.

Well, Nunes could become a "trusty" -- in prison!

The lawlessness will continue to get worse as the Republicans run out of legal maneuvers.

If that is true, the Nunes is a disgrace to the Intelligence Committee and congress. Oh wait, he his already a disgrace, but I guess he is seeing how low he can stoop.

You mean when Obama leaked the name of 9 whistleblowers and tried to get them arrested?

It is a common GOP tactic to break the law for political gain.
