Can a felony case still get dismissed even if you violate parole with a domestic violence charge but you have aspergers and depression?

and prove the court you're retarded and don't know the difference between right and wrong and you have a 5-star lawyer? (if the felony was on the path to getting dismissed before the violation)

Also will jail be easier and will you be treated better on a second return/offense?

Update:

If they don't treat me better I'm going to start carving shanks out of my food utensils and stab them in the inmates and guards necks (attempted murder) while I'm there. Will they treat me better then?

Update 2:

Everybody deserves a second chance, especially if they're both retarded and depressed! (FACT)

Update 3:

Or multiple chances (if grief/loss is the root cause of their violence) (Bigger fact)

Update 4:

Blue Skies is one of the few cvnts I'd like to kill even more than the president.

Update 5:

I hate EVERYBODY!

Update 6:

But I love Satan. There's no Jesus (FACT)

We have no idea. Only a lawyer who knows the relevant case law could hope to answer that.

No, no and no. If this is you, the fact that you are asking this is proof that you know right from wrong.

People with Asperger's know the difference between right and wrong and are not "retarded".

No, because that still wouldn't excuse your crimes.

Retardation and not knowing the difference between right and wrong isn't associated with Asperger's or depression.

    I hope not.
