what is this art style called (see details)?

It is a style of portrait where the face or part of a face is drawn super realistically (like a photograph) but is done with chaotic or seemingly disorganised brush strokes or lines. Towards the edge of the face, the detail might become less and less precise and thus look unfinished. Here's something like what I'm describing:

    I do not believe it has an actual style name but if you google "modern watercolour portrait" you will find lots of similar paintings.
