No, its because they believe their belief is the only valid one in the whole world.

Atheists have the education and intellect to know the truth and live in reality. If Christians need to cling to their fantasy and waste the one life they get in the vain hope of getting another that is fine by everyone but why do they need to attack people with more intelligence?!

We can only surmise why they need to lie about what atheists think and how they come to those conclusions. To claim any different makes us no better than those theists here choose to lie.

They're projecting by trying to imagine what it would be like to be free of Big Brother who watches 24/7.
But they can't do it cos they cannot imagine freedom.
