what label would you apply or use for a person who's behaviors is to INTENTIONALLY attempt to appear  to have LACK of awareness or knowledge    related to a circumstance or situation ...the definition  use of the word "STUPIDER" is to describe the  display of lack of  ORDINARY  quickness   or KEENNESS of mind to appear "DULL "    in evaluation   it  takes practice and  planning  to DECEIVE  in law it goes to INTENT   for example   ACTORS have to practice the skill of to "ACT "  to become  good at that task  the terms one might apply to such people  is to PRETEND  which takes thought  other terms are

  additionally some people use the perception of lack of knowledge of a situation issue or circumstances as a TOOL to INCITE  others on an issue  example a person might say something that is contradictory to "GENERAL " knowledge to INCITE a conversation or argument among a population  because they fine CONFLICT " exciting " and "fun "  another term is to " GET your GOAT "   to annoy or anger person(s)
