I don't see the free choice of others as a threat to mind,?
If one truly possess a belief an is secure in it then why do they find the beliefs or nonbeliefs of others so threatening?
A challenge unanswered by the insecure seems to validate the validity of that challenge!

Archer...It is obvious that YOU find the belief in the one true and living God, Jesus Christ, threatening. That's why you like to answer my questions so much. Go back and read what you say. Why so concerned about my beliefs? If you are so simple to not see that Jesus is calling you today, you might be lost forever. But I encourage you to push through those three stages of truth, until one day you find your way to Jesus. I encourage you, not with my own wisdom, or the wisdom of the world that is dying, but the wisdom of Jesus Christ, who uses those with faith to spread the good news. Jesus is Salvation. Death on earth is the beginning of your birthright to the Kingdom of God; but you have to want it. Your other choice is following lies and death and perdition.

Anyone who genuinely is secure in what they believe won't be threatened by the beliefs, or non beliefs, of others.
Anyone who is threatened by what other people believe isn't secure in their own beliefs (whatever they say).
On the other hand, arguing against what other people believe doesn't necessarily mean that you aren't secure about your own beliefs - if you KNOW that someone else is wrong it isn't unusual to want to challenge their incorrect opinions.
