Anyone have suggestions on how to prevent eyeglasses from fogging up while wearing a surgical mask...?

Rub soap on them, the purest you've got. Wet them first, put soap on both sides of the lens, don't rinse, just polish with a soft cloth...should clear up your problem.

Surgeons wash their glasses with plain soap and water and let them air dry. Try it.  It's simple, costs nothing and it works.

Use some stuff called Rain-x or anything similar. Water repellant.

I put the edge of the mask under the bottom of my glasses.
