Born in the United States of America. Parents were
Born in South Dakota on the largest Sioux Indian
reservation in existence. My Father was a member
of the 5th Special Forces group at the time of my
birth. He became one of the most highly decorated
members of that unit for his exploits during the
Viet Nam and Thailand Drug campaigns. He retired
after 32 years of Service. SGM 17Z 96 B.
I followed in his footsteps, Once out West Point.
I applied for Airborne Infantry. Was accepted.
After 2 years. I was selected to attend the
US Army Special Forces training school.
I made the cut as one of the three for my class.
Went on to become a 12 year ODA team leader.
And after 18 years in the US Army Reserve
Commanded a Brigade.
By the way for the poster who asked about the NDN.
