    Yes, of course.  Be sure to not break any driving laws, drive courteously, and smile.

    Why would you be worried about a ticket?  Is that something special associated with the pandemic?

    yes, or you could walk or ride your bike there over either bridge.

    You need to ask the state police, in both states, about that.

    We could tell you anything and be totally wrong. If you took our advice, and ended up getting a ticket, then we would NOT be liable in any way for the cost of that.
