Opinion on energy drinks I know they are bad for you but.....?

Anyone drink every drinks alot? I drink Bang and Reign energy drinks as a pick me up at work. Anyone get the shakes from drinking to many also lol.

    Energy drinks are mainly full of sugar and that is not good for you my friend.
