Are the police really the blacks biggest problem? Absolutely NOT. Fact is... black males [that are less than 5% of the population] are responsible for 52% of ALL homicide in the US. Year after year after year. Does that excuse police officers who betray the honor of the badge they wear by stepping over the line? Absolutely not. But this not a case a 'black people good - white cops bad'.
